I love food.  I do.  And I love being fit.  I do.  For me, food is a way to learn about the world.  To truly understand different cultures through what they eat.  The world is vast, as are the things that grow on it.  Food is an art, and it is something to be respected.  I refuse to sacrifice my passion for food in order to "be fit." This "I must eat chicken breast and asparagus everyday" attitude is BS and I've HAD IT!! No more, I say!  No more!  I have dedicated my time to finding real, Paleo/high quality recipes that reflect our world and praise the complexity that should be found in a dish.  Let's call a spade a spade, if I can't get excited about the meal I'm going to eat, I'm probably going to eat it and then eat something else.
